Attorney Jeana K. Reinbold holds over 20 years of experience in consumer and commercial bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, litigation and debtor-creditor relations. Over her career, she has served as a bankruptcy and commercial litigation attorney with mid-sized and boutique law firms in Illinois, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Jeana also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William C. Hillman (ret.) of the United States Bankruptcy Court in Boston, Massachusetts.
Originally from the Chicago area, Jeana returned to her home state of Illinois in 2011 after spending 6 years in New England. She was appointed by the U.S. Department of Justice to serve as a chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee in the Central District of Illinois and started her own law practice in 2012. She joined the law firm of Sgro, Hanrahan, Durr, Rabin & Reinbold, LLP as a partner in 2022.
In her spare time, Jeana enjoys running, which includes 12 marathons, 2 ultramarathons and numerous shorter runs to date. She is also a fan of classical music and a lifelong Cubs fan. Jeana has been involved with the community and service projects of the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Springfield and West Side Christian Church.
